Sorry About The Hiatus.
Well, that was awkward. I kind of completely forgot to mention that i would be going to Texas for one of my best friends weddings and that i would most likely not be able to post for a while do to the fact that where i was going had a high probability of not having internet access available.
I now have internet access here but because of the nature of what we are doing out here (mainly nothing honestly) I cannot promise that i will be any more regular here than i was in California. Getting internet here was an adventure of patience and skill. I know a large amount about networks and the likes but there are always just one or two things that I need to get from the ISP that i cant get any where else.
This means calling Tech Support.
There are few things in this world that I wouldn’t rather do than talk to a foreign person that has majored in ready a script. Alas there is little you can do to avoid it so all I could do was sit patiently and hit the punching bag on the floor whenever i was getting particularily frustrated with the idiot on the opposit end of the phone line located somewhere in India.
Eventually I got the internet running as well as doing other things around my friends new house such as rehang the Refrigerator door so they face the correct way as well as set up the office desk and printer. Also a lot of moving trips were made from one house to the other.
That aside one of the more memorable things that has happened since i got here happened when a friend and I went on a walk and were headed towards Cabela’s and a restaurant when we headed towards Macy’s to see if they had a shirt that he was looking for. As we were approaching the door this guy with an armful of clothing comes exploding out of one of the doors followed immediately by a loss prevention agent (LPA) from Macy’s. The LPA sort of tackled the guy by grabbing his ankles and consequently sent the clothes flying through the air. At first i didn’t know what to do because it was happenning so quickly but once i gained my sense i ran forward and asked if the LPA needed my help. He said yes so i quickly got behind the would be thief and pinned his arms behind his back and sat him down rapidly. The LPA then told my freind to go get the manager. as my freidn went to do that the LPA told the guy to get on his stomch. the LPA switched places with me and was trying to get him on his stomach. When he refused. I grabbed the guys ankles and pulled his legs out from under him dropping him to his chest. once the handcuffs were on we were thank and then were free to go about our day.
They didnt even ask for our names.
That was most definetely a weird time that we still were kind of tripping over the rest of the day. Anyways i must draw this session to a close because sleep becons of me even though it is the middle of the day so i will be back on eventually until then have a good life.
